This summer, I had the wonderful opportunity to take part in a cultural exchange in Poland through the Lions International Youth Exchange program.
Once again, I had an amazing experience: every year I come back from these trips with my heart fuller and my backpack filled with memories, emotions, discoveries, and meaningful connections.
During my stay, I met incredible people from different countries, and I will carry them in my heart.

Each of them left something special with me, helping me grow and see things from new perspectives.
These exchanges are, for me, a true school of life.
They’re not just trips – they’re deep, transformative experiences that help me understand more about the world and about myself. I also had the chance to try many sports and adventures, which challenged me, made me laugh, and created strong bonds within our group.
I truly fell in love with Poland: a welcoming country, full of history, nature, and culture – but above all, full of kind and wonderful people.
I’m sure I’ll go back again.
I’m writing these words with my heart still full, feeling grateful for every single moment I experienced.
